Priscilla Orange, the owner of Rainbow Connections Child Care and Learning Centers, faced accusations of diverting funds away from their intended purpose.

According to prosecutors, Orange stole around $500,000 from the federal program. Instead of providing meals to children in need, the money was spent at casinos and on personal expenses.
