David Ostrowe, who previously served as Secretary of Digital Transformation, will take on the COO role.

Harder to Serve as Secretary of State

Donnell Harder, who has experience in public relations and marketing, will now serve as Secretary of State. Stitt said these appointments bring both expertise and fresh perspective to his administration.
