Four Oklahoma Officials Resign From State Government

Oklahoma City, OK- Secretary of State Josh Cockroft Among Departures

Secretary of State Josh Cockroft is resigning, alongside three other high-ranking officials in Oklahoma state government. His resignation, along with others, was announced Monday.

Other State Leaders Step Down From Office

Deputy Secretary of State Nitasha Rose, Office of Management and Enterprise Services Director Rick Rose, and Executive Director of Economic Development Growth and Expansion Evan Brown are also stepping away from their posts.

Resignations Take Effect on Staggered Dates

Officials confirmed the departures will not all take effect at the same time. Instead, each resignation is effective on a different date, creating a rolling transition.
