dentist to pay up

The attorney general’s staff confirms a Broken Arrow dentist Rocky Cullens has agreed to pay more than 500-thousand dollars to the state following an investigation of false claims to SoonerCare. He submitted false claims between 2021 and 2024 by double billing patients.  SoonerCare provides health care services to low-income residents.
