BOK Center Chosen for 2026 National Event
Tulsa’s BOK Center will once again host the USA Gymnastics Championships in June 2026, marking the second time in three years the national event returns to Oklahoma.
The 2023 competition drew record crowds, and officials expect the upcoming event to be even larger, featuring 2,000 athletes competing for national titles and spots on the U.S. National Team.
USA Athletes to Compete for National and International Honors
The competition will include men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics, rhythmic, acrobatics, and trampoline events. Results will help determine team selections for the 2026 World Championships.
USA Gymnastics President Li Li Leung praised Tulsa’s hospitality and strong community support, calling it “an ideal host city for showcasing America’s next generation of elite athletes.”
Economic Boost for Tulsa
Local officials estimate that the event will inject millions of dollars into Tulsa’s economy, filling hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Tourism leaders say hosting repeat national events enhances Tulsa’s visibility and supports the city’s efforts to become a top-tier sports destination.
The Tulsa Sports Commission and VisitTulsa have already begun planning logistics, volunteer recruitment, and community partnerships to ensure a smooth event.
