Underwood's execution date May Now Change

For now, death row inmate Kevin Underwood’s date with the executioner is uncertain. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed to stay his clemency hearing because the Pardon and Parole board lacks five members. The timetable for that hearing and a possible move in Underwoods December 19th execution date remain in flux.
