Tulsa school district employees get a stipend

The Tulsa Public School board approves a three percent stipend for all TPS employees who were with the district as of March 31 on a regular full-time or part-time basis and are still employed by the district.  Superintendent Ebony Johnson says the stipend comes from federal COVID relief funds and she hopes that it’s the first of several stipends to come over time.
