three big projects underway in elk city

Elk City has three large projects underway.  City Manager Tom Ivestor says one is improving the public safety facilities which totals 14 million dollars. The second project is a new airport terminal and lastly is a four block streetscape of downtown, paid for by ODOT and federal dollars.
