The U.S. Supreme Court Heard Oral Arguments

The U.S. Supreme Court spent hours listening to arguments for and against creation of St. Isadore religious charter school. It became apparent that at least two conservative justices see disallowing the school as religious discrimination. Most of the justices saw a ruling in favor of the school as disrupting longstanding federal law and the laws of nearly every other state.
