The State Supreme Court Heard Oral Arguments

Oral arguments were heard before the State Supreme Court this afternoon, on a lawsuit filed by a group of state lawmakers seeking to block Corporation Commissioner Todd Hiett from hearing certain rate cases.  The suit alleges a drunken groping of a man by Hiett involved employees of companies that have cases before the commission.  A ruling is expected later.
