The path to commuter rail service hits a bump

A vote on a sales tax to pay for a commuter rail service in Central Oklahoma has been pushed back to 2026. The delay is due to studies to be conducted on improving at-grade crossings along the rail corridor between Edmond to Norman. The federal government awarded 400 thousand to do the study.
