The OkC Thunder are here for the next 25 years

It would cost the owners of the Oklahoma City Thunder over a billion dollars to break this lease agreement.  The 115-page document approved by the Oklahoma City council locks in the team to playing in the metro for the next 25 years.  Mayor David Holt says the importance of the deal becomes very clear, as the team is one victory away from becoming the new NBA champs.
