The FDA approves a blood test for Alzheimer’s

The FDA has approved a blood test that will be used to help diagnose Alzheimer’s. The test is not a standalone diagnosis, but makes it more accurate. The Oklahoma Chapter Alzheimer’s Association says this is a big step as there are many steps and a high price tag to diagnose. More than 75,000 Oklahoman’s are affected by the neurological disease.
