Oklahoma’s Supreme Court has issued a ruling confirming that Oklahoma colleges and universities cannot be prohibited from holding classes that involve critical race theory. The court ruling involved a portion of the states, anti-critical race theory law. The court, however, agreed that new incoming students cannot be required to attend training or orientation classes on the subject. The rest of the lawsuit returns to the federal court for more review.
