state mental health dept may agree to settle

Saying enough is enough; the Oklahoma County Jail has terminated its agreement to provide competency treatment for mentally ill  inmates with the state Mental Health Department.  The Oklahoman reports Jail officials charge one person who was providing treatment said he learned how to do it by going to Google.
