Jury Reaches a Verdict
A jury has found Brandon Morrissette guilty of murdering R.J. Long during a shooting on the campus of Rose State College on April 24, 2023.
Morrissette shot Long after believing he was having an affair with his wife.
Recommended Sentence for Morrissette
Jurors have recommended a sentence of life without parole. Morrissette will be formally sentenced in October.
