Perry Residents Could See A Rate Hike

Residents of the city of Perry can voice their opinions about a substantial water rate increase in two upcoming town meetings. The city manager is asking for a 14 percent increase to replace aging pipes and update the water plant.  Residents are worried about how this will impact their bills. The town meetings are Monday, November 11th and November 25th at the municipal building around 6pm.
