Oklahoman’s serving time for their actions during the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol in 2021 are free after President Trumps executive order pardoning more than one-thousand people. Fourteen people were released in the state. Most of the Oklahomans arrested and convicted only received probation, just a few were serving time behind bars.
