Over a Million Dollars Mishandled in Lindsay

Because of poor oversight, residents of Lindsay have been shortchanged by hundreds of thousands of dollars.  That from State Auditor and Inspector Cindy Bryd who has released an audit of spending by the city of Lindsay.  She found under billing to commercial customers of 1-point 5-million dollars along with numerous other problems. On the good side, Auditor Bryd says Lindsay officials are working to fix the problems she found.
