OU will fast track graduates

The University of Oklahoman and the Federal Aviation Administration announce the launch of the Enhanced Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative. The program for qualified OU graduates to bypass the FAA academy and go straight into on-the-job training at an Air Traffic Control facility. Students must still complete the same background, security and medical clearances and skill assessment while finishing their degree. OU has the only four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Air traffic Control initiative in the country.
