Three Republicans are running to replace Bob Anthony on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Brian Bingman from Sapulpa is like the two other sitting corporation commissioners in that he is a former term limited state lawmaker. Bingman boasts he has oil and gas experience. Justin Hornback of Broken Arrow knows the petrochemical industry from the ground up because he is a pipeline welder with a business degree. Hornback responds to what is needed most from the agency? His answer: 'Transparency and thorough understanding of rate cases', while Russell Ray of Edmond is versed in energy prices. Voters will decide on a Tuesday, June 18th primary.
