Okla Is refusing to change people’s birth certificates

Oklahoma’s policy of not changing birth certificates based on gender identity is going to the U.S. Supreme Court. An appeals court found the state law is unconstitutional. Attorney General Gentner Drummond argues the equal protection clause does not require such a change on a birth certificate.
