OKC Utilities Officials Warn of Scammers

Oklahoma City utilities officials are warning residents about a scam. Apparently, some residents have received calls with fraudulent caller IDs to make it appear the calls are coming from the city. The caller demands payment for past due balances. The city reminds customers that it never calls to demand payment over the phone.
