Residents in Norman submit petition signatures to force a city-wide public vote on a proposed entertainment district. The district has already gotten approval by the Norman City Council along with the support of the University of Oklahoma. Organizers say they got over 11 thousand signatures which is well over the required 6-thousnad signatures required. The signatures will be reviewed by the Norman City Clerk with the hope of getting the question on a ballot by February.
