No state charges will be filed in the death of Owasso teen Nex Benedict

In a statement, Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler says he agrees with the investigator’s findings that the fight 16-year-old Nex Benedict was involved in was an instance of mutual combat and will not seek charges related the death.
