A next-generation, green oil refinery is slated to be built in Cushing, Oklahoma. Radio Oklahoma’s Michael Dean provides details.

The 5.6-billion-dollar project will be the largest in the nation. Southern Rock Energy Partners plans to establish a refinery in Cushing that processes light crude and includes solar power, recycled water, and a 90 percent reduction in emissions.
