Fewer kindergartners in Oklahoma are vaccinated against diseases such as measles than children were before the COVID-19 pandemic data shows. Kari Webber is the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
She says a decline in vaccination rates can lead to increased risks of disease across entire communities and can be particularly dangerous for immune compromised people who have medical conditions.
