Low-income women depend on Planned Parenthood

While freezing title 10 federal funds to planned parenthood in Oklahoma, the Trump administration is restoring that funding to the State Health Department. Planned parenthood does no abortions in Oklahoma but does help low-income women access contraception, STI testing and healthcare. The Health Department funding was cut off by the Biden administration for refusing to include abortion services contact information in the agency’s family planning program.
