law firm hired to investigate allegations

An Oklahoma City law firm has been hired to investigate alleged drunken misconduct by State Corporation Commissioner Todd Hiett.  While the State Attorney General’s office will handle the criminal investigation.  In response to the decision to hire the law firm, Commissioner Bob Anthony says it is like letting a team hire the referee.
