Killer Richard Glossip is back in court today

A former death row inmate could find out today whether or not he will be retried, released or face new charges. Richard Glossip was convicted of 1997 of a murder-for-hire killing of an Oklahoma City motel owner. His conviction was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court because prosecutors withheld key evidence. Glossip is scheduled to be in a courtroom today for a hearing on his case. He spent 30 year on death row before his conviction was overturned.
