It was billed as the tallest building in America

It’s official, the Federal Aviation Administration is now on the record opposing construction of the nation’s tallest building in downtown Oklahoma City. The FAA says the structure would be a hazard to air traffic. Developers of the project say they plan to build the structure anyway but may make it a little shorter.
