House Passes Bill to Eliminate Statute of Limitations for Rape Cases

The Oklahoma House unanimously passed a bill to eliminate the statute of limitations for some rape cases. The bill was also amended to include revenge porn as a sex crime and extend its statute of limitations to 20 years.
