Attorney General Gentner Drummond already has the green light from the Speaker of the House to step into a federal court lawsuit over the Governor’s Gaming Compact Deal with four small tribal governments.
Drummond says the 3-year-old tribal lawsuit is costing taxpayers money to pay for a Washington, D.C. law firm the governor hired. The compact deal has already been ruled illegal.
