ditch witch investing in perry

The Ditch Witch facility in Perry breaks ground for a new paint plant.  Vice President Kevin Smith tells the Radio Oklahoma News Network its all about staying competitive. The Noble County plant employs 16-hundred workers, and the new plant will employ 100 more.  It is scheduled to be operational by 2027.
