Blocking state health Department inspectors from the Oklahoma County Jail was wrong according to a District Court Judge. The jail trust went to court to try and keep those unannounced inspections from taking place and the judge threw their case out saying it was entirely without merit. It’s not known if the jail will appeal the ruling.
