Clemency Is Denied For Kevin Underwood

The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole board rejects a clemency recommendation for convicted child killer Kevin Underwood.  In a unanimous vote by the three board members, they rejected pleas from Underwoods family to spare his life.  Underwood is scheduled for execution on the 19th for the brutal murder of 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin in 2006.
