bondar endorsement -- helpful or not?

4th congressional district candidate Paul Bondar has a new endorsement from as high-profile Oklahoma public official.  State school Superintendent Ryan Walters has joined the Bondar bandwagon in an effort to unseat Tom Cole. Political pundit Scott Mitchell says Bondar won’t gain much from the endorsement.
