A deal for the sale of Bartlesville’s iconic Price Tower back in May of last year is being enforced by a District Judge. The court ruled that the sale of the Frank Lloyd Write designed tower was official and ordered the 1-point 4-million dollars held by the court to settle issues involving the sale of some items from the structure.
