Attorney General Gentner Drummond Sues Biden Administration Over New Immigration Rule

Oklahoma’s attorney general is part of an 18-state coalition suing the Biden administration over a new rule on immigration.

The Title 42 exemption points to a CDC guideline issued during the pandemic. Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said it opens U.S. borders even wider and makes a bad situation even worse.

“We have not put any kind of breaking mechanism on immigration,” Drummond said. “In fact, we have put it on a steroid.”

Drummond said this will compound the problem and allow even more illegal immigrants into the U.S.
