68 Okla women prosecuted for child abuse

jfarris20

Oklahoma is setting records for prosecuting women for child abuse who are pregnant and even after they’ve given birth.  A new study finds Oklahoma had the second highest number of such prosecutions in the year after Roe V. Wade was overturned.  The main reason is a state law that recognizes a fetus as a human being. Proof of abuse is not even required, and most cases involve an infant testing positive for cannabis at birth.
