600 pounds of marijuana Seized

State narcotics agents seized nearly 600 pounds of marijuana at Carter County grow operation earlier this week. Officials say the search warrant was served for cultivating marijuana with an OBN registration and was obtained fraudulently using a straw ownership scheme. More than 21 thousand plants were collected as the investigation is ongoing.
