$300K on flights with little transparency

Blacked out information, some document requests ignored, and a lot of blame shifting is what Oklahoma Voice got when it tried to study Governor Stitt’s use of the state airplane.  Over the last five years, the news outlet found over 100 flights were taken at a cost of nearly 301-thousand dollars.  Open records laws requires more transparency which so far are largely being ignored.
