A former Tulsa pastor has been indicted by a multi-county grand jury on charges of rape and lewd acts involving minors dating back to the 1980s.

Former Mannford officer Matthew Waltman pleads guilty to eight counts of sexual assault and giving alcohol to minors. Sentencing is next month.
