Zombie Butterflies are real

Butterflies can survive without a head.  Headless monarchs are under study at the Oklahoma City Zoo and botanical garden.  Scientists aren’t sure if it’s a genetic defect or if they just lost their heads.  The butterflies’ brains aren’t just in their head but without a head, they can’t eat and they need their antenna as well so they don’t live too long being a zombie butterfly.
