
State Superintendent Ryan Walters has sent a letter to school district and parents to prepare them for new education policies under president elect Donald Trump’s administration Walter says the state department’s new priorities are based on the elimination of the U.S. Department of education and moving to block grants to restore authority to the state. The five priorities are to champion parental rights, end social indoctrination, protect patriotism curriculum, stop illegal immigration impact on schools and block foreign influence on our schools.
