Authorities say Jason Hall, 47, and Tammy Notley, 44, are facing multiple charges tied to the incident.

Hall was charged with grand larceny, possession of a firearm after former felony conviction, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS).

Notley faces charges including grand larceny, knowingly concealing stolen property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting an opened container of marijuana.

The Bartlesville tire rim theft charges stem from an incident reported around 11 p.m. on April 25.

According to the Bartlesville Police Department, officers responded to a suspicious vehicle call at a local car dealership.

Authorities say they discovered nine tire rims in the back of a white truck, with an estimated value of nearly $5,000.

Local law enforcement investigations are conducted by agencies like the Bartlesville Police Department, which responded to the scene.


Search reveals drugs, paraphernalia, and firearm

The Bartlesville tire rim theft charges expanded following a search of the vehicle.

Investigators say they found drug paraphernalia associated with methamphetamine use, along with a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine.

Authorities also reported locating an AK-47 rifle in the backseat, which had been reported stolen in April 2025.

Drug enforcement and firearm investigations are supported by agencies like the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN).


Court dates set for both suspects

The Bartlesville tire rim theft charges case is now moving through the court system.

Officials say Hall has a prior felony drug conviction in Washington County.

Hall is scheduled to appear in court on May 1 at 9 a.m., with bond set at $20,000.

Notley is scheduled to appear on May 15 at 9 a.m. and has posted a $15,000 bond.

Criminal case processing and court proceedings are handled by the Washington County District Court.

Authorities say the case remains active as it proceeds through the legal system.
