vote Postponed on New Entertainment District

Norman City Council members postpone a vote on a phased plan for the new Rock Creek Entertainment District. Based on the current plan, the 325-million-dollar sports complex for the University of Oklahoma is set to be built between November  2026, and December 2029. The council will now vote on May 20.
