turnpike projects take shape

The route design process continues addressing two major turnpike projects.   Property acquisition is underway, and public input is shaping the route design. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is starting condemnation hearings on the East-West expansion on both sides of Interstate 35.  Construction plans are set for spring 2026.   While the map of the Southern Extension will be released in September.
