Tulsa Couple charged with child neglect

Acting on a search warrant, Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a couple at a north Tulsa home.  They found trash and debris covering the property inside and outside of the home. Michael and Elizabeth Fisher were taken into custody for child neglect.  The 10- and 12-year-old children were taken into state custody.  The home had animal feces and roaches spread throughout.
