A new citizen survey finds Oklahoma City residents think the city is moving in the right direction. In all 69 percent think the city is a good place to live and is making improvements. Residents give city employees good marks including the fire protection, trash pickup, ambulance service, police, water and parks. OKC rated above average in 30 areas.
